These terms apply to everyone who uses the website at jahaninternational.com.tr. By continuing to use the site, you accept them.
1. Parties and scope
The site is a corporate showcase and quotation-collection website operated by JAHAN İNTERNATİONAL İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. There is no membership, shopping cart, online payment or order tracking on the site.
2. Product information is not a binding offer
Product pages, technical specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times on the site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Under the Turkish Code of Obligations they are an invitation to treat.
Binding prices and terms appear only in a written quotation sent specifically to you. Prices are not published on the site; the price is set separately for each request according to the exchange rate on the day of shipment, the quantity, the delivery terms and market conditions.
3. Technical data, dimensions and HS codes
Dimensions, purity grades, grammage and HS (GTİP) codes on product pages are for information only. HS codes are derived from the known physical properties of the product; final customs classification rests with the customs authority of the country concerned and with the declarant. For some products the code varies with the delivered form (for example roll or sheet, or sheet width).
Quantity, dimension and lead-time figures are indicative; exact values are stated in the order-specific quotation and contract.
4. Images
Some product images are representative, and this is stated clearly on the image concerned. A representative image is not an exact picture of the goods to be delivered; the technical specifications prevail.
5. Stock and availability
Listing a product on the site does not mean it is always in stock. Availability is confirmed at the time of the request.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images, design, logo and arrangement on the site belong to our company. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Third-party brand and model names are used for identification purposes only.
7. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree:
- not to extract data in bulk by automated means (scraping)
- not to overload the system with excessive requests or attempt to bypass security measures
- not to enter untrue information into form fields
A rate limit is applied to form submissions in order to prevent abuse.
8. Limitation of liability
Although the site content is prepared with care, no warranty is given as to its currency or completeness. Our company cannot be held liable for the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on information on the site. This clause does not limit the obligations that arise after a contract is concluded — at that stage the quotation and contract terms apply.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data submitted through the forms is covered by the Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy pages.
10. Right to amend
Our company may amend these terms without prior notice. Amendments take effect the moment they are published on the site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the site.
This clause does not cover commercial sales relationships. The governing law, the competent forum and any arbitration clause applicable to a purchase or sale are determined separately in the quotation and contract for that transaction; a contract signed between the parties prevails over these terms.
