Frequently Asked Questions

The questions our buyers ask most often. If your question is not answered here, write to us through the quotation form.

Why aren't prices shown on the site? How do I get a price?

Prices depend largely on the current exchange rate, so we do not publish fixed prices on the site — any figure shown would be out of date within days. Alongside the rate, order quantity, delivery terms (Incoterm) and destination also affect the price. Use the “Add to Quote” button on any product page to build your list and send the quotation form; your quotation is prepared with that day's rate. Stating the quantity, delivery term and destination port or city lets us reply faster.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

We quote EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR and CIF for catalogue products. The applicable terms vary by product; each product page lists the delivery terms we can quote for that item.

Can you source a product that is not in your catalogue?

Yes. Alongside the products we distribute, we source goods through our supplier network. Describe the product, its technical specification and the quantity in the form on the Sourcing Service page.

How is payment handled?

We work with letters of credit (LC) and cash against goods. The applicable method is agreed during the quotation stage, based on the product, quantity and market.

Do you handle transport and customs clearance?

We have experience in international road transport under TIR carnet, the transit procedure and customs bonded warehouse operations, and we also run third-country (triangular) trade. Which side carries the transport is stated explicitly in the quotation, according to the delivery term.

Which languages and markets do you work in?

You can correspond with us in Turkish, English, Arabic, Persian, Russian and German. Our main trade corridors are: copper and aluminium raw material from Iran to Türkiye, abrasives and consumables from Türkiye to Iran, and agricultural machinery from Iran to Sudan and the Middle East–Africa region.
