Personal data we process

When you complete the quotation or sourcing request form, we process identity data (the contact person’s name), contact data (e-mail, telephone, country, city) and the content of your request (product, quantity, delivery terms, destination, your message and any file you attach).

While the form is being submitted, your IP address is processed momentarily for transaction security. It is not recorded.

The company name and the commercial details of the request belong to your company; the name and contact details of the individual representative are personal data.

Because the site has no membership and no online payment, passwords, card and bank details are never collected. Location data, device identifiers and advertising identifiers are not collected either. Unless you submit a form, none of your personal data is recorded.

• Communicating with you during the quotation process
• Running the order and shipment process if a contract is concluded
• Meeting legal obligations (commercial books, invoices, customs and archiving)
• Retaining the request record and your consent in a demonstrable form

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically and by fully automated means, when you complete and submit a form on the site.

Transfers

Your data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is transferred only to our service providers, and only to the extent the service requires.

The server and the database are located in Türkiye: your quotation and sourcing requests and your file attachments are hosted domestically. Notification and confirmation e-mails are also sent through the hosting provider’s server in Türkiye.

As a result, your personal data is not transferred abroad, and no separate explicit consent or undertaking under Article 9 of the Law is required.

Retention period

Requests and related correspondence are kept for 10 years, in line with the retention obligation for commercial books and records under the Turkish Commercial Code. At the end of that period they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to request rectification if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
